UCFP Subcommittees

The UCFP Board is supported by six sub-committees, each dedicated to a specific area of focus. These sub-committees play a pivotal role in our governance structure and operations, as they develop comprehensive recommendations for the Board’s consideration and actively engage in the implementation of new policies and solutions.

Recommends UCFP’s clinical enterprise strategy and identifies methods to support system-level objectives.

Partner with UCM Center for Digital Transformation (CDT) to help design and support the new Digital Innovation Intake process to accelerate impact and improve strategic alignment
Identify use cases that are focused on patient and clinician experience, patient access, high value care, and operational efficiency
Design an educational framework to increase provider awareness around data analytics and AI tools and resources
